hmmm.... you must have overlooked it....

Levels are a basic indication of a user's rank in Minitokyo. You can raise your level by posting in the forums and on gallery submissions, by submitting scans, and by submitting art and wallpapers. If lots of people comment on your threads and submissions, your level goes up faster. *hint* Artwork and wallpapers get you more levels than scans. *hint*
